Problem is everything underneath says regression: ERA 2.67 vs FIP 4.42, xERA 4.03, and he's the Nats' nominal SP1 on a team that won't bank wins. The 49% K-rate over the L14 is real swing-and-miss (44% Whiff), but the contact he allows is loud enough that the model flags him Sell.

He's STL's SP3, so the role is fine, but the stuff isn't backing up the line.
